Could this issue be fixed? I want to use this Patch. I don't have DLC's installed as I want to have my copy of GTA IV completely Vanilla and separate from EFLC, and was wondering if that's the issue? Too bad I won't be able to find out as it's being detected as a Trojan and keeps being removed. I turned off Useless Checks, Remove GFWL check, and made sure that I had VRam Fix on, but that doesn't fix the issue.
Every time I installed it, GTA IV would load into a black screen, mouse cursor would load, then back to desktop. Also another issue I had in the past before it was being removed was that I couldn't even use it. If it's safe, you should mark it as a false positive to the Windows Defender Team. Is this a safe mod? If it is, why is still being marked as a false positive? Zolika is a reliable person.
It's not just on my PC but I tried it on my brother's PC and got the same result once Defender scanned it automatically.
So I downloaded this ASI and Windows Defender removes it instantly as it's being marked as a Trojan.
